If you are in Canyonlands for just one night, or even a week, you'll enjoy our "home away from home." Just 2 blocks from the center of town, our fully furnished self-contained condos, located on a quiet, residential street will give you a break from the "motel scene" but are still within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

You can use the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. It has all the basics, including a microwave, barbeque grill, etc.

Amenities

Each condo is air-conditioned and has a living area with cable TV/VCR, kitchen with dining area, bath and two bedrooms. The bedrooms provide a selection of bed sizes, including king, queen, double and twin. Queen-size sofa/sleepers with innerspring mattress and a futon are also available for large groups or families (maximum 6 people per condo). We will be glad to assist you in selecting the unit that best suits your needs.

Well-behaved children are welcome. Smoking area provided outside. No smoking or pets inside the condos, please. Plenty of off-street parking in front of your unit. Fresh linens and towels are provided during your stay.

If you have decided to spend a week or a day exploring Canyonlands, you'll love! our central location - close to bike trails and city parks with swimming pools. Each condo has its own lockable private storage unit for bikes, etc.

Off Season Rentals

Fandango Guest House offers off-season rentals during November through February. Rent by the month or three to four month leases are available. These well-equipped units are $750 per month and include all bills paid, basic cable, local phone and a fully-stocked kitchenette that includes service for eight.
